Please help me , domain name for PBN's domain

So I got a domain like this : DA 23 PA 30 TF 23 CF 18 PR0 , backlinks 488 , no spam & clean profiles anchor texts .
Unfortunately domain name is somthing like xls-gb435.com .... it's kindda random characters and look pretty spammy .
Could someone have experience with building PBN tell me is this possible to use domain with domain name like this ? Is domain name important ?

Looks to me like it might have been used as a Chinese PBN site before. Try checking it using other tools like wayback machine if you haven't.

That domain had 4 screenshot on waybackmachine and 3 of them are
HTTP Error 401.3 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to an ACL set on the requested resource.
The last one is domain expired screen .

I did backlinks check and all of them were from US IPs as well as hosting IP . All anchor texts also in english .
