please help me choose " proxy scraper "

hello everyone
i need some help ,, i'm newbie about proxy scraper, because the past me use only proxy provider ( coolproxies,premium.freeproxy.ru,hma premium proxy list,etc... ) it costs, the aggregate is very high ( more than 500$ ) .
And today, I want try to use software about proxy scraper ,, please help :cow04:

( need scraper/region,country,proxy level filter (i don't need proxy from Chaina/Thailand and i want Anonymous/Elite proxy only)/site passed tester (ex. check proxy pass or not pass access to somewebsite) )

i try to search on google and i found

Tell your ideas.

I personally use different services where I can just grab from their api, but have tested all the desktop versions I think. I am currently trying nohandseo and so far like it the best of the desktop versions I have tested.

I try "No Hands Proxies" and do almost everything you ask. There is a free trial to check by yourself.

Proxy Multiply - it don't work fine for me.
No Hands Proxies - it's ok ,, but some time some rule it not have proxy in list
ScrapeBox - i never use it , it hard to use ? or has to be proxy scraper link ? or auto search and scraper

All of them pretty much give the same results and use the same sources.

Why don't you just use the Trial option and see which ones you like best before purchasing?
