you need to write to Facebook tech support and provide proof that you did not violate the rules. This is the only way you can get your account back if your evidence convinces them
this is my experience.

the only way is to get in contact with instagram support and good luck with that they never answer and every ban they make is permanent because of the same reason, there is no one working on instagram customer support

Normally if account gets suspended and you appeal it comes back in 1 day, else max 2 days only. Otherwise the only option left is to contact FB Chat Support via Meta or get some insider to help you.
