Please help :( i am almost dead (paypal killed me)

Hi Everyone, please please help me.. I run a small web designing company in "INDIA" (started in Feb'12) I respond to craigslist ads and get business through it. Most of my clients prefer to pay through PAYPAL, so I applied for a PAYPAL account on my name and started receiving few payments and one fine day account limited asked me for credit card information.... which I did not have so have to leave it like that,

Created a New Paypal account on my father account as he had everything (CC, Address proof) received few payments and then even this got limited asking to provide 1. Supplier Invoice 2. Invoice sent to Client 3. Type of delivery ( this all happened because one of the customer who paid selected the option "GOODS" while sending the payment) I called up PAYPAL customer service and explained them, the rep said he will too explain abt the issue to the resolution center and asked me to send whatever documents need to be submitted. I did and got a pleasant mail for them saying they do not want to do business with me as it is RISKY.

So again to square one, now I planned carefully to make sure I do not do any mistakes, So I stated preparing all the documents, I registered my company (UNDER THE SAME ADDRESS OF MINE, THIS WAS THE BIG BIG MISTAKE I HAVE DONE), got a PAN for it opened a Current account (SPENT AROUND 30 to 40K to do this) and then made sure I did not open a PAYPAL account in my office as it will recognize my IP ( I READ THESE TIPS ON BHW ) used a different computer. As usual everything was fine until it limited me again, now it asked only address proof, I was all happy as I have the document ready (INTERNET BILL) and submitted the document. NOW TO MY HORRIFYING SHOCK.......... PAYPAL BANNED ALL THE THREE ACCOUNTS PERMANENTLY AS I HAVE MULTIPLE PAYPAL ACCOUNTS.. I WAS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF THIS AND I CREATED ALL ON SAME ADDRESS... TOTALLY DEPRESSED WITH THIS I STARTED TO CHECK FOR ALTERNATIVES (AS MANY DO AFTER BEING BANNED BY PAYPAL )

The second best was 2co, applied with them, they took few days for the review and asked me to add few things on my web site like the refund policy, I did that theN after few days got a mail from them saying the request has not been approved.....

Then to moneybrookers..... I am still waiting for them to send the mail for my address verification...

WENT TO MY LOCAL BANK AND ASKED THEM TO SETUP PAYMENT GATEWAY FOR MY SITE... STUNNINGLY THEY SAY THEY CANNOT DO IT FOR WEB DESIGNING SERVICES....

LIBERTY RESERVE..... CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE A LR ACCOUNT TO PAY.....

CCAVENUE..... SEND THEM A CONTACT REQUEST THRICE... NO ONE GETS BACK

PLIMUS... READ MANY BAD REVIEWS ABT THEM

WIRE TRANSFER ----- DO NOT KNOW IF CUSTOMERS CAN DO IT...

Then I went to PAYPAL again and created one on my friends name, HIS bank account... and just sent out invoices to my customers THIS TIME (did not direct them to website this time) just sent them invoices, again same thing happened, PAYPAL got limited for the same reason..............

I DO NOT RUN A BUSINESS THAT IS ILLEGAL, JUST WEB DESIGNING (ONLY WORDPRESS THAT TOO), I PREPARE THE COMPLETE SITE SEND IT OVER CUSTOMER AND THEN ONLY ASK FOR THE PAYMENT... I NEVER HAD ANY CHARGEBACK OR REFUND REQUESTS AS THE CUSTOMER WILL PAY ONLY WHEN HE IS COMPLETELY SATISFIED...

NOW I HAVE 10 TO 15 CUSTOMERS TO PAY ME... I HAVE ALREADY SEND THEM THEIR FILES, ASKED THEM TO GIVE ME SOME TIME AS I DO NOT HAVE ANY PAYMENT GATEWAY... I AM FEELING I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION?????? I HAVE FEW PEOPLE WORKING UNDER ME, I AM ALREADY BEEN BORROWING MONEY TO PAY THEM AND ALSO FOR THE EXPENSES OF THE OFFICE JUST WITH A HOPE I WILL GET A PAYMENT PROCESSING OPTION...

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE..... ANYONE IN THIS FORUM WHO CAN HELP ME OUT... PLEASE DO SEND IN YOUR SUGGESTION.... MAY BE I AM IN A WORST SITUATION THAT NO ONE MIGHT HAVE BEEN, I HAVE THE BUSINESS.. I HAVE PEOPLE TO WORK ... BUT I DO NOT HAVE WAY TO RECEIVE THE MONEY.....

You know you are over a year on BHW and have only 3 posts which means you didnt contributed anything in the past but are just coming here when needing help.
Hopefully this will change in the near future since there are always questions about webdesign here.

I apolozie for that, I will try to contribute more from now...

I contacted to the post that you have mentioned, but I assumed he would also do the same thing, creating a new PAYPAL account and send me the documents when required.. what if I face the same issue again, I will be more into debts... as ordering for that is around $300... I am ready to spend that... just seeing for some assurance that I will not have any problem again.... you might have seen the pressure I am facing... Anyways thank you for your suggestion, I will definitely contact them again.

There is a option for you to receive the money in Paypal account of any other reputed person from India who is a member here. He can then do a bank transfer for you. This can be used as a temporary solution to get the pending payments.

try alertpay, it's popular among indian developers or Xoom, we use both to transfer money from US to over sub -contractors in India and Sri Lanka

I would accept the payments for you and send the money as a favour but I have learnt an expensive lesson from doing something like this in the past where payments were chargebacked and the accounts used to pay me were actually hacked.

If you have a static IP you will have to use a VPS to hide your real IP.Everything else you will need you can find on secondeye's thread

that would be great, if anyone can accept the payments on behalf of me... I am willing to pay a transaction fee for every transaction received... I desparetly want my business to run... I am really struck here.. Please if anyone can help out, please do reply... One more important thing, i never had a chargeback or a refund request.... I accept the payments only after the customer is fully satisfied.. I know it is tuff to trust on this... You can keep the money after the payment come in and pay me after sometime...

You'll probably end up using 2checkout. They're great, except for the fees. Hopefully none of your clients are frauds because a chargeback is $16 and to fight it, its like another $20.

I applied for their services, after reviewing the site..they asked me to set up a refund policy... I did that, but unfortunately they did not approve my request... this is what they said
"Unfortunately, this account has failed our internal review process. This process, as well as the specifics of the results thereof, are confidential, and cannot be shared. I apologize for this inconvenience, and wish you the best of luck finding an alternative solution for your online business needs."

It would be great if you can help me out, please do let me know... One important thing I never had or will have a chargeback or refund request as I accept payment only after the customer is fully satisfied... still if you need trust (which I suppose which is more important for you) please keep the money for few days and them transfer it to me.... I really need to run this business I have loosing out of options...

can't you become a credit card merchant and use their cc? ask them to ups/fedex you a check? use a friends existing paypal?

how do the guys on odesk do it? I send them payments quite easily through it and they don't seem to have a problem.

What about moneybookers? You've written that you're waiting for an email. Maybe you should call them.
They're like Paypal, with the exception not to be such big *******...

Also you could stop telling the companys "you're making webdesigns". Tell them you're an experienced web agency and you'd like to give your customers a new oppertunity to pay... or whatever.
Maybe you need to found a company to get the needed trust.

Why can't they pay through the good & old bank transfer? I like it much more.

As socialdevinfo mentioned, Xoom and Alertpay seem to work, or used to approx a year ago when I used them to send money to India.

Have you tried Western Union? In most countries, WU can be done directly via the web if the customer has a CC and you could collect it personally. Its fast and instant. Not sure on the WU laws in India, but I reckon anything below 50k should be fine. If your pending amounts are bigger than that a bank wire would be more ideal.

Why dont you call 2CO and ask them whats wrong with your site as I have seen 2CO approves selling SEO services so there is no reason to deny a webdesigning store.

There might be some minor thing that you may be missing

You can do one thing, since you have a current account(savings will also do) give them your acc no and ask them to deposit the money online.I have done that and is very simple, it will show in just three days time.
