Please Help how do I resolve this error Blocked due to access forbidden (403)

Hi fam, trust y'all are doing fine and staying safe. I recently noticed that a competitor has been sending bots traffic to one of my pages that has been ranking number 3, they probably did this because of how fast I was able to get that content ranked. I just did some mad link building to outrank them and they targeted the page with bots till it was taken down by Google as of yesterday. The URL has been removed from search and I got this error "

Blocked due to access forbidden (403) on Google search console. Please how do I get this page indexed again on google?
"

Just wait for 5-7 days. It will go back to normal itself.

For some reason, your website/server is blocking Google bot from crawling the page,
You should block the bots traffic at 1st (IPs) & keep retesting from GSC

Thank you so much, the problem now is identifying the bot Ips as I am completely new to this *sad*
