So about a week ago I bought a domain, and paid for some hosting. I bought my domain from register.com, and I bought my hosting from hostwinds (no affiliation with either sites at all). Anyway this is my very first site. I installed WP through the CPanel within Hostwinds. However whenever I go to my site URL. It shows nothing of Wordpress...

    My site is fayteseo.com

This is 100% NOT promo it's a serious problem and it's bugging me... On the top right it says "Fayteseo.com is coming soon to Register.com"

I don't know what to do... Please help... I'm trying to install my theme but don't know how to do it..

    Thank you

Have you changed your DNS to point to Hostwinds?

No, I'll learn now. I'm completely new to making websites with hosting.

As stated above, you need to change your Nameservers. You can find out what they are, in your hostwinds panel.

Just copy/paste them in the appropriate place, in the register.com settings for your domain.

What's the error dude? It does not always change immediately. Give them a little while to propogate.

In the listing of Existing DNS servers, there is 4. Hostwinds emailed me 2 Nameservers... It won't allow me to change because all 4 need to be filled, and I can't repeat the same Nameserver... :/

No you don't need to fill all 4 nameservers. Just fill the 2 nameservers and click on save. It will be fine.

Can't you just delete the last 2? Otherwise, just add the un-needed Nameservers last. It might work, I don't know.

    Give these a read too:

It won't stop giving me this message: "The update to your DNS Servers was unsuccessful. Please check the spelling of the DNS servers and try again or contact customer service for assistance."

Last time this happened to me, I just contacted the support, and they fixed it in 2 minutes. Did you try that already?

Well you should have done that first before panicking. Saves a lot of nerves.
