So I've just started my talent management and influencer marketing agency. Everything is ready to begin operations apart from one crucial step.

I've set up GSuite and made a few email aliases which are available as part of my GSuite plan (admin@, info@, hello@, talent@ etc.) however I will be needing to create a significantly large number of email aliases as a means of contact for each influencer that signs with my agency. I've heard that there is a way to create up to 2,000 more email aliases which map to one alias through GSuite and the only video I've found which shows how to do this is this one:

However, it doesn't seem that it is still possible to do it as he did in the video at this point in time. I would be extremely grateful to anyone who can help me with this matter, whether its to guide me through how to do it with GSuite or alternatively if anyone knows any better way to set up a large number of email aliases without having to pay for additional through GSuite.

Thanks :)

Can you just setup sub.domain email from cpanel on your own host.

Is there any reason you need gsuite for every client

Jason.domain.com username password
Give client this info to login live on host email server.

All host allow email and unlimited subdomain and email setup.

Setup a sub domain as a new domain like.

Mail.mydomain.com

Now setup a email service for
[email protected]

Do this for every client.

Remember this is a sub domain email setup not the main domain.

If you fill you can setup
[email protected] and trust them all being on your main system domain, then do it.

I am looking at your request now

Here you go as asked.

I appreciate your reply. Clients will not need access to the email that is set up for them, this is because the email is used only for my agency to deal with all incoming contacts. I'm not very technical when it comes to web development, hence why I paid for a marketing agency to create my website, host it on wordpress etc. so that is why I was looking for a simple solution within GSuite, similar to what the guy in the video I linked showed.
