Please Help. free webhosting and wordpress problem

I recently bought a new Domain in namecheap,
and I'm using 1freehosting to host my domain for free..

my problem is..
i do have a blog in wordpress and i dont know how to forward it in my domain

How can i do this.. >> when i clicked myDOMAIN,, my wordpress blog will appear,.,

so confused here,, i know this is a noob question.,

change the DNS nameserver on your namecheap account, nameserver could be found on your 1freehosting account

yes i did.. but how can i connect my 1freehosting to Wordpress?
