[Please Help] Do I need Drivers on Ubuntu ?

Hello Frinds, I have a HP 15-AY089TU laptop 4gb/500gb
(Intel® Pentium® Processor N3710)
and I am using windows 10 but laptop is running in very slow. Now I am planing to use ubuntu operating system but ubuntu drivers are not available on hp website. Now my question is do i need to install drivers on ubuntu after install like; graphics, chargeing, mouse etc

You can run Ubuntu from an USB stick without installing, so you can see, whether you'd need drivers for a live installation. It comes with many drivers out of the box, usually you don't need to install any, as Meddie suggested it above.
