I have just set up a new home-based business two days ago as a estate/letting agent under an umbrella company.
Although the umbrella company is providing me with the basics i.e: sales/lettings boards, stationery, website etc. it is down to me to generate the business.
My job to generate new business leads from Landlord Rentals/ Home sales has proven very difficult and although I have over 10 years experience in this industry unfortunately I have very little knowledge of marketing/telesales/Canvassing etc.
As we all know it is a very competitive industry, marketing/advertising is very expensive and insufficient funds don?t help.
Reading some of the blogs on here has given me some hope at least and I would be overjoyed if anyone can help with ideas, links, lead generation software or potential proven methods it would be so much appreciated and give me the head start so desperately needed.
