Please give me an idea where I can improve.

I own the site LoveEngineerDOTcom I get excellent traffic from Facebook but very little traffic from search engines. Can anyone tell me where I can improve so I increase traffic to the site as well any Adsense placement tips would be great as well.

To drive more traffic to your site you can buy ads like Adword, banner ads, video marketing, SEO and the rest.

For SEO which am more conversant with,
you need to optimize your site/page title,
description, tags, h1, h2 tags, content and then
start building quality back links.

Once you have or apply for an adsense account,
you can use the codes on your site in strategy areas.

However, i find it more successful running a purely
ad sense based site and no ads or affiliate program to distract.

Have you considered using the image ads on Adsense as opposed to the text version, I get a better click through rate with them.

Also within your sidebar your op tin widget should be at the top if you want to fill up your list and also try to make all your widgets in your sidebar like Facebook and recent posts all a similar width to make it look better.

You seem to be doing ok with your social sharing of your articles from what I can see so just carry o. With your Seo efforts and the results will return in the future.
