I have had this happen , removing all cards and re-add a fresh card from a different bank or billing address. Make sure the business infor and billing country match.

What solution worked for you ? @Salamouna I think its usual issue with ad accounts like fb and google. That's why generally virtual card providers offers them basis on the type of card working for that particular service. Btw was it a virtual card like from relay or mercury ?
