Facebook don't want to take my money and im trying now
tested many cards, it accept the card and I verify it but when i try to make it take the money it won't
tested with smaller amount also

Please add money to the card, and you should use a new card that has not been added to your advertising account yet
 
Try reloading the page and paying with 1$ then reloading and paying all, but your card must have enough money to pay.
 
Depending on your country, you can create s PayPal account and link your card to it. That way, when you want to make payment they will direct deduct from the card.
Alternatively, Change the account currency and pay in your local currency.
 
why you didn't assume it's the account problem?
 
Use other administrators of the account to click on payment

Or contact Facebook customer service and ask them to help you make the payment
