Hey guys.
This guy somehow managed to scrape entire Google map information of Turkey.

How he did this? I haven't stumble upon a Google map scraper for a really long time. He basically scrapped everything and made a duplicate website. Shouldn't it be penalized? Looks like he is ranking well.
