If the customers want their money back, there's nothing anyone can do about it. How long was the money-back guarantee offered with the product?

Nevertheless which promotion method do you use?
 
The return period was 90 days but I had a return after 140-150 days
 
Don't be surprised, if customers are getting mad that someone else didn't solve their fatness for them. It is the main theme of the time we live in. Next week, I'll make a protest sign and march down the street, demanding from my government to do something about me getting fatter. inb4 I get put in a concentration camp

The sales video is sooooo cheesy but somehow I kept watching it.

It must of sold loads....
