there are many jokes, of course, but the point is simple: you should treat AI as any hired or even free help - with respect help deserves. many people worked tirelessly to deliver this product. and honestly, the way you treat this help only shows how poorly you will treat a human helpe some day... people talk shit online to each other, then they bring that shit talk to RL. this is a very similar setup.. AI helps me a lot, saving me tons of time to watch TV and play games. If i am not thankful to Claude sometimes, - it's only because that time was wasted for some reason. on the other hand i do curse out Gemini a lot, cause it spoils TV like 90% of the time.. anything specific i ask it goes into so much extra detail, that it fucking spoils me the watch.. does it in soooo many ways.. no matter like a dozen safeguards/instructions i have for it, still it constantly gives all the extra unneeded info that ruins shit, so i curse it out and always get a variant of "sorry, i will be better", yet it never does better. still it's comfy to just say "hey google..." and get a reply in most cases..

Does it really though? I doubt it. I was just being sarcastic earlier.

As long as you are not swearing to the LLM, you should get more or less the same result. I think what matters more is the prompt itself (e.g. how detailed it is and not how polite it is).

I agree with you 100% but the study they were doing was real but I never followed it. I do find my myself saying now you got it or good job when I'm tweeking something that's taking some time and that triggers some very human responces but then I tell myself there full of more bull than us lol.
