OK we allll know the forum search function sucks big time . Well I think I may have a solution . What if we took the best of the best threads here at BHW and made a BHW wiki :O

Coarse it would have to be moderated as well . So of coarse that might not work so well as the mods are already working hard enough.

Good god can you imagine the ease of finding something. The best of the best threads we can put in there as like a hall of fame type of thing.

These threads in there as times progress will no longer be applicable so in a breeze they can be updated to actually apply to today's working method. When a method seeks to quit working COMPLETELY it can then be retired.

I do believe this happens to be the best idea I have heard in a while. You would not have to read through THOUSANDS of GREAT POST DUDE THANK YOU . You will get the straight no hold bared info you need and desire. If someone has something to add to the method they can do so as well easily and quickly. So there is nothing but INFORMATION on there without the bullshit thanks for the thread shit.

I think its better with the search button. Its a real fun part about learning. Indexing everything will make it too easy for the lazy newbies. Let not lower the bar for new comers. If you just use a wiki, it will kill the real feel of BHW.

then the newbies will get even stupider and ask can you please give the link for the following wiki post?

Well it was an idea.

Sorry it was a bad one.

It's not that it's a bad idea, it's just too impractical.

The search button really isn't that bad -- in Advanced mode. Use phrase & boolean searches to narrow down your results.
