What exactly do you mean with move up? Do you mean increasing the number of tweets or the positioning on the website? Is that tweet box directly interwinde with the video or is it from the cms? What cms is the website on in the first place? Wordpress?

What do you mean by up? Do you want the bar on top of the picture or do you want the tweet box to the left of the other icon or is it alignment you are looking for?
