So, I wanna try something out on twitter the problem is that I never try to get visitor from it so i'm a n00b @ twitter.
How important is the username vs. hashtag when I search something on twitter page?
Let's day I wanna get visitor/followers who search "sex", would be my twitt's more visible if my username will contain the word "sex" or doesn't matter?

Username does not really matter. Your tweet content matters the most.

For your example, if you use the word 'sex' without hashtags, it shows up in search just from being in the content of the tweet. When you hashtag it, people can see the thing that is 'involved' or 'relates' to sex, and you tend to get more engagement. Using both, hey that's even better, but not every post would be appropriate to do that, and can come off as spammy.

Yes. Popular accounts that include the word "sex" in their username show up under "users" when "sex" is searched for.

As a new user, it will be difficult to become a top twitter account about sex.

Get a pile of accounts to retweet you. You should also tweet that keyword often since most twitter searches are set to most recent tweets.

So hash tags are good then?
