The only ones I can see you selling for more than $50 probably are the following:

touristplace.net

wantpc.net (your hottest one maybe a few hundred bucks)

takeaflight.net

No, it doesn't mean it's 100% true, unless you use a real human appraisal at places like Sedo.com etc. Remember the price can be whatever if the seller is interested. Go to a place like http://www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm and you can see most recently sold domains.

I highly doubt it, closer to reg fee "maybe" mid $XX. Try and stay away from net/org unless they are dictionary/common words or ones like 3 letters, postcodes etc.

The only thing that would push this one up in value is if the .com was a fairly popular site, but it's not.
