There are many ways, you can use those accounts.
Few of them use gmail accounts for Android App download/Promotions.
Few of them use for E-mail Marketing.
Some of them use for SEO submissions, they get and apply those details in the SEO tools and within a go, they are submitted.
Verified accounts doesn't get deleted as per the non-verified.

PS: There are too many ways through which, it can be utilize.
