I'm buying backlinks. AnchorText is my country's language. But it's working, but all the keywords are constantly exposed to the U.S. Should I change the article to my country's language?

Everything needs to be in just one language. It's just confused to understand what's happening, but it seems you are from X and your blog aims to reach people from Y. I just know that backlinks, your article, your website, the anchor text, everything needs to be in just one language, don't mix it up.
I would recommend yes, you consider changing the article to your country's language to align better with your target audience and search intent.

yeah, he's not very clear... and he always uses the word "exposes" instead of ranking, which throws me off too. If I remember correctly he has a gambling website and he's trying to rank in Indonesia, he's been asking for help on this since last year
OP, you need to have the content in the language of the market you're targeting, this is pretty obvious, man...
