Please Advise! Savings almost dried up :(

One of my friends who is now wanting to go full time into coaching business(as a plant-based diet coach) is having a hard time getting things done on his own and using Fiverr for any help.

I've been trying to help him jot down his goals, prioritize, take action, and do things like producing quality content on YT and building a tribe, etc...! but I'm busy with my own work and I'm unable to give him much time. Though he knows his action items, he is unable to bring himself to get the work done due to all the distractions at his home + his ADHD.

He has the means to invest in a dedicated coach or a community where he can find serious accountability partners and also find the right resources and things he needs to do become a full-time health coach in the next 3-6 months (he is capable of getting stuff done but needs guidance and mentorship by someone who has experience at this or experience at coaching) but the issue is that we don't know where to invest the money into.

Please advise on any coach or mentor or community you believe in that is relevant to him. Anything would be of great help.
