Let's say I have access to tons of VPN issued ips. I want to use them as proxies.

    My proposed solution:

    Buy cheap server.

Install Squid on it. How much would someone charge if I hired someone to do it for me(since I'm not sure how complicated this is), or would hosts do it?

    Turn Vpn ips into Proxies.

Doable? Or am I talking out of my ass here?

There's a guy on here that might be able to help you - I THINK his name is Debian, however I'm 100% positive about that. He runs a bunch of VPNs and seemed to be pretty knowledgable about the subject.
