Please advise how to manage multiple FB accounts

You need a strong facebook account, can be your account, post your picture and profile and you can use facebook as usual, so log in to your phone and use 4G

you have learned about anty dolphin or adspower which will help you to manage multiple separate accounts

Or u want to manage bulk accounts, an antidetect browser is a must (with resident proxies). In ecommerce field, some reputable antidetect are: adspower, identory, hidemyacc.

Like 12 accounts man, and I don't want them to link so I think maybe rotating a mobile hotspot and using antidetect browser like incogniton will be ok for that

It's an option for sure but I'm also talking about warming up those profiles before even setting up a bm and ad account for them

Also in same situation. How does hotspot rotate works? Just reboot it and get new IP?

You surely can do it, I'm guessing that there are android apps that can be used for that matter. Also, you can look for 4/5G dongles that may have an automatic reset feature. I personally never tried to automate it in such a way since I see no point in that, especially sequentially (every set frame of time). Could be nice if it happened automatically every time you switch a browser profile for another fb account like you can with multi login and proxies for example.
