Please Advise about this...

hello members

i have one small query, i know pinging one article too many times it will consider as a spam by search engines. my question is i have updated the ping list 100+ and whenever i create new article and submit it will automatically ping to all site which are in the list.

is it will be dangerous or i am following the rule ?

you can check the ping list, is this list will be banned me from google or other search engines ?

please post your advise so i can go further..

Where did you hear this? I've never heard that before.

You should be fine, you're pinging new content for the crawlers. Not sure pinging the same content would do any damage, it certainly wouldn't do any good in the serps though. Carry on as you are

so what is you advise ? shall i use it the ping list ?
