Hello,

- I tried to sign up on azure using my card and tried to sign up and after entering card details an window popped up where we have to enter OTP and I did and azure said "Your bank couldn't authorize this payment method". I dont have any other card.

- I registered for AWS and immediately it asks me to fax utility n electricity bill. Really FAX? I can't coz my landlord dont live here and he has the utility and electric bill to his name.

I need a similar free windows vps to run some accounts, nothing fancy. Any recommendation other than google cloud?

Those premade verified accounts costs over $15 and no warranty lol

I don't see you talking about google cloud in the op? But then again I don't much about vps.

If I am not wrong Vultr gives free $50 credit if you add your card and pay atleast $2 upfront.
 
Btw Azure also gives 750 hours EACH month right? it resets the threshold every month like AWS?
 
BHW seller is selling aws at half of the price you mentioned so I think it's best to buy account. Aws free tier deducts some amount from debit card to verify no need to send any document.

well AWS never ask me for utility bill or adress proof i already have 2 servers from aws, strange

Rules changed? If I remember correctly AWS took $2 from my card and that's it. But that was mmm... 10 yrs (?) ago I think.
 
Thread from 2025: Nobody wants free VPSs, now providers pay you $2/month to use their VPS. :D
