Please Advice: Is this site wroth flipping?

Hi,

This is my first site i made several years ago. Its about basic hacking stuff with sharecash files.
Site is getting about 2,174 page views per month. Yes, its not much. Like i said, i didnt do any link building stuff. Just added content and had it running. Till I found BHW, LOL

Take a look at my recent reply on a thread entitled "how to sell non-monetized sites?".

What I said there applies to your case as well.

Simply put: someone MAY pay $50 or $100 for your site but you're likely much better off monetising the site and selling it when it has proven that it has actual value (rather than some potential in the form of traffic that the new owner may or may not be able to monetise.

The site is 1.5 yrs old and not 3 years old

Alexa rank indicates low traffic. Nobody cares what your pageview numbers are unless you post UVs and then it's only a measure of page views per visitor.

You have 18 keywords ranking on page 2 of Google. Work those a bit to get them to page 1

You have 2 keywords on page 1 (#9 position) work those a bit to get in top 5.

Get 20 kws on page 1 with a little effort and you'll get $200-$300 on Flippa.
