Is it illegal to dropship items Amazon to eBay using Prime Membership and making multiple aliases Amazon Trial accounts?

Also for taxes can that receipt be used as it is for different aliases name.

Knowledgeable replies are highly appreciated. Thank you

Doubt it's illegal. But you wouldn't want Amazon to cotton on to what you are doing, have heard of people being address banned due to this method before.

Its not illegal one bit.
But i doubt it will provide a good income .
Its usally the other way round .
Ebay prices are generally 20% less than amazon so lots of ebay buyers sell on amazon.
Dropshipping from amazon to ebay customers could work but have you thought of the paperwork side of things ie the invoice paperwork and bill some amazon sellers place on the packaging .
Im sure your buyers will love to see how much you paid for an item and where it come from and will leave amazing feedback to show there gratitude .

Oh, It works for sure and income is ok. I am just scaling it up because sales are in 5k per month and just don't feel comfortable scaling it up because it is against Amazons TOS.

I just got invoices from Amazon to aliases names and I wonder if they good enough for uncle Sam.

Answer is BIG NO. The invoice needs to be in your or your company name to deduct as an expense. This will count as Tax Fraud in Big Uncle Sam's eyes. You could get into all sort of problems with this.

I've been doing it for a few years and made good money but Amazon is really starting to crack down. I just got warning today that they may ban my accounts. I'm here reading now about how to go stealth.

That's not true. You just have to prove you were the one who paid and resold it. There is nothing wrong with doing business under an alias.

Actually, as far as taxes is concern, you need a resellers permit to do that. To report your business expenses, it must be under your business name.

you can drop ship, but if they call and ask you if your drop shipping just tell them no. it is not a liked method
