Here's the process that I use when I am looking for a new topic to blog about.
First, I ask myself: "Am I excited about the niche?"
If I don't see myself writing content for absolutely free for that niche, then I won't do it.
Next, I would look at how deeply I can monetize that niche.
Among the list that you have shown, I would think that all three niches are fairly deep.
Let's take your crypto blog idea as an example.
Not only can you make money from ClickBank products, but you can also create your own products, your coaching program, and tutorial videos.
I believe that the real money in that niche would come from your own products.
In fact, I would suggest that you build out a blog, get traffic, study the traffic, and then come up with your own product.
Why?
You're in control of the sales process.
When you are an affiliate, you are at the mercy of the people you are promoting.
What if they don't know how to sell?
What if they have crappy sales materials?
All sorts of things can go wrong, and you're the one holding the bag.
On the other hand, if you know your traffic like the back of your hand, you can create specific pages as well as specific messaging areas on your blog to convert as much of your traffic into cold, hard cash.
The best part?
You don't need much traffic for you to pull this off.
You just need reliable, consistent traffic and this can be produced by building a genuine community around your content.
