2 years ago I had an LLC in delaware, I dont need it anymore, I forgot about it.

The State of Delaware will charge a late fee of $200 and interest will be assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month on the TAX and PENALTY for any company that has not paid its taxes by June 1, 2010. Failure to pay your annual tax by June 1st will also result in your company going into bad standing.
