no copyright issues when you solely selling, advertising and pomoting their products

non what so ever....use google to search for playstation, nintendo, apple, xbox-- you will see tons of domain names with playstation etc on it....why are they still standing?

its copyright if u using the name to brand your own products

hhhhhmmm, how come all the domain names listed above has been snapped up few minutes after this post was made? hhhhmmmm!!! i guess copright is not such a big issue afterall...someone is about to flip those domain names for cash.
