I need a software created.
The software needs to be like a browser.

I need it to increase plays for any site.

I need it to open up the browser for like 10 seconds and then switch proxies and view the same page.

My budget is $25-50

you want to manually switch proxies and do this..or you want something that will automatically load pages repeatedly with proxies?
