Playing Audio On A Phone Call

I want to start doing some some cold calling, but I want to be able to play my recorded pitch at the beginning of the call, and then chime in live after I hear their response. I'm having a hard time finding something that is just that simple. The phone rings, the person answers the phone, I hit play, my opening pitch is played, if they are positive I chime in, if they are a dick I hang up. Anything out there to help with this?? Thanks...
