Playinator Slowing Down?

YES its down big time. It's doing this on and off since I purchased. It delivers for a time, then goes down. Customer support is almost useless, and you need to write to them dozens of times very angrily and wait weeks for a reply. They can re-add the videos manually, but there is something very fishy and secretive and maybe scammy going on.
