Playinator Recently?

Has anyone being using playinator successfully the past view days? I've been trying to purchase it but haven't gotten a reply from support. I've used both contact addresses and I get nothing and I even opened a support ticket. Is it down too?

for the past 5 days its broken so dont even bother buying it.
