Hi BHW,

What do you think about Play2Earn NFT games?

Are they future of making money from home or just a big scam?

Neither, they are simple ponzi schemes with extra steps. You can earn for so long as there are new players interested to buy your stuff.

They do not make any value so what you earn comes from only new players looking to do the same.

I built a bot for Splinterlands for fun, it's still profitable but to become rich from playing these games you must invest a lot, and its the same high-risk investment as any crypto.

Tried Axie infinity - Was getting good profits in the beginning but now that game is dead.

We don't have a big project yet
They didn't find a way to stop all people from selling all the token they have witch will destroy the coin and all the game.
But i think it will be the future of gaming

waste of time
big scams some time ago, ppl getting afraid to invest in these games nowadays

You can not be rich but if you sell and leave the game in the correct time, you can profit well.

In the long run, they all go minus because these games are feeding from new players and investors. There will always be "period of decline" after the peak time.

my experience with nft games as free player is bad, i only profit 50$ in 3 months playing alien worlds without investing

Do the same from 1000 accounts and it does not seem so bad.

There are many ways how to automate stuff on a browser without coding skills, e.g. BAS or imacros.

Of course, I haven't played that game, and perhaps it's not possible.

I think that's basically the point of NFTs. A case in point is the guy who bought the NFT of Jack Dorsey's first tweet for over $2m. Only for the highest bid to be far less than $300.

I have found Move2Earn NFT game, STEPN, what you guys think, does it worth investing?

I was in cryptomines, I didn’t cash out at the peak. People made hundreds of thousands. U just need to get in early.

exactly this. As long as there is an influx of players and investment into the game you can make money. You just have to cash out at the peak. Which is easier said than done

burned money with this p2e games much better if I just bought some tutorial here how to make money from this to that. That money I lost was significant for me but loss it to this p2e hype . Will not ever again put my money on this p2e games + coins . Better to put it on a usable business that people need or better learn forex instead of this crypto hype.

Play2 earn NFT games , are good if you want to earn money just by playing and sitting home , there is a always a risk you have to be aware of all other things

jump in to new launches that you believe has the potential to be popular otherwise, don't.

The biggest problem with Play to Earn games is that the coin you will earn has like no value. There is only supply and zero demand. This is because the reward coin doesn't do anything. It's just a coin where you receive your playing time in. At the beginning prices are high, but it will decrease very fast due to the huge supply.

I have an idea though that will make money in BTC, ETH, USDT or any coin you'd like. Needs to get developed though.

There is no liquid asset class that is not a ponzi scheme if you carefully look at it. The stock market is a carefully hidden legal ponzi scheme. It thrives because its always finding the next sucker to believe the lie. Read this analysis to see what I mean. https://www.financial-spread-betting.com/Stock-market-ponzi.html
Just because governments have not yet made crypto another "legalised ponzi scheme" does not mean we should give it a bad name just to hang it.

I believe the main reason many governments are against it is because of its anonymous nature, which makes it a little difficult to track and tax. As soon as they perfect how to do that, they will allow it freely.

So for crypto games, I think it will be a large part of the future of crypto once game economics can be designed that address the current reward token inflation issues and the importance of being early to a crypto game. As it is now for almost all the crypto games, if you are not early and do not wish to invest a significant amount of money, do not expect to win much - and really thats why its called a p2e: if you dont wanna pay, don't play.

I have lost like 3k in NFT games, maybe they are the future but not now.

They always use the same ponzi tricks and keep getting easy money.
