Where to find (or what are the best) play to earn games? I am looking to play on my phone or laptop.

You can check Axie Infinity, and also I saw many offers of play to earn games on swagbucks
 
Splinterlands, Illuvium, Axie Infinity.

Apparently they're a bit overdone now but if you were to buy up a deck or two then run bots for a year or that, you can only really profit...

I think you have to buy the NFT to get started so there is an investment up front.

You can get bots to play games for you? Sounds like you have to invest 1000s of dollars to get started.

I could tell you that is not worth, you will have to invest some money to get cents back after a certain point you will start earning but this will take time a lot if you don't put some money on it, because this people already have multiple accounts and beat you instantly btw all this play to earn are pvp so that make it a little bit more complicated.

What kind of profit? $, $$, $$$ per month?
 
There is no such free games where you play and earn money for free. The best you can do is join surveys, and join pay per click sites and you can earn money.
 
None of those games are worth playing if you're looking to earn a significant amount of money.

If you just want to enjoy playing games without focusing on money, there are a few games where you can earn crypto coins.

However, the amount you earn is quite low.

You can play for fun, and if those coins become valuable in the future, that's great, if not, that's okay too.

Personally, I would never waste my time on those types of games, but that's just me.

We all have different preferences.
