Can you please provide me some general platform for off page of website. A platfrom from where i can get a good quality of link for free.

Crowd or profiles on forums, but you need to do it carefully so that it doesn't look like outright spam. If you want something more serious, it will be difficult without investment.

I'll second this,
Don't use some random tool to spam every possible website out there with random/trash comments/posts,
Stick to niche relevant authority forum websites, and use decent content, that could be useful as an addition and for low competition kws & niches,
The same could be applied/used with parasites, whenever the links are do-follow/nofollow, it's good enough to pass some authority & trust

The answer is that these are PUBliC websites , so they are not paid - free , either.
If you want to learn about backlinks , how to find websites to make your backlink or anything related i’d recommend to learn about Wordpress and Guests Posts.
This is an actual form of business that have a very top secret keys -not known by me- to become successful on this area.
Learn , knowledge is free.

you could search for "high DA website list" then you will have a list of good websites to place your backlinks
