try to use best platform
do they have content for sale on those platforms? if so ll you need to do is promote those platforms (preferably with you AFF link pointing directly to those profiles)... so you cn make some profit as AFF and if you happen to get sales on those contents you might be able to reach minimum payout and solve your problem...
I am not sure if you can change the "acount owner" to a new model, if you can you just need to find the replacements for those models
