Planning to start a tutorial institute at India

Hello ,

Am planning to start a tutorial institute at chennai (india). I can invest 300$ .
I am looking for a investor who can invest 500$ .

With this money we can rent a place for 150$ a month and advertisement cost of 100$ will be included in this . Apart from that i can manage with computer and other things of my own .

Rent - 150$
Advertisement - 100$
250$ a month , extra charges comes around 300$ overall .

Apart from this we need to buy some tables and things for students . WE can hire workers as a freelancer at starting .

So the overall investment comes around 500$ .

If a investor can manage for 2 months , i can get students easily within that , so that we can run the institute from tution fees we charge .

Charges for students - Planning to charge around 30-50$ a month per student .

We are gonna give advertisment for 100$ . am sure we can make around 10-20 students easily from that . So you can see the return with your eyes .

Whats the benifit for the investor :

Investor would be paid 500$ + (30:70% on profit for a year )

Invest with us and gain the profits for a year without doing nothing .

Whats the courses we are gonna provide for student ?

We will be providing Tutions for students from 9th grade to 12th grade . Plus we have tutors who can take coachings for University students .
We are planning to provide summer camps like chess , carrom coaching etc too after a month .

What is it that you are planning to teach and why do you need this investment?

You can start coaching at your place and once you have the students, you can easily expand. When you start coaching, word of mouth advertisement is what is going to work best.

well thats true . But if its a instutute each parents would beleive to send students . At first they need to be made trusted by us . for that we need proof . So we need a institution . Thats what this investment costs .

I've seen these types of institutes, and they do worse than teach-at-home tuitions. Parents seem to trust home tuitions more than institutes, unless you have a big reputation, which will take time. I recommend starting with what imserious recommended first.
Hint: Computer Tuitions for 11th and 12th do the best. To impress the parents just make a website and tell em you made it yourself, you'll be surprised how impressed they are by that.
