As above. The keyword has around 22k exact local searches(usa) per month. Can I get good money for this keyword?

nothing happens only with keyword bro, if you have a .com domain for that keyword than only you can sell it for good money, I have a domain having 27K exact and I also have its .com and .info domains.

You won't make a huge profit just on a keyword.
