Hello everyone!
I am new here, been reading and asking questions. I already started SEO optimization for low competition keyword and I'm learning how to rank these still.
Anyways, I've been looking for post and threads about how to rank up a high competition keyword but really haven't found much besides the basic answers. I don't plan on trying to rank a high competitive keyword soon since I am still learning but I would like to start planning on how to rank a high competitive keyword. So a few questions I have are:
1. How much would it cost to rank a high competitive keyword that is getting 10k-100k searches a month? I know it'll be pricey and I can't get an exact cost, but just an estimate, how much would it cost? I don't want to contact professional SEO companies just yet since I am not ready or fully knowledgeable in SEO but this will be an option in the future.
2. I know there are people here who are able to do this on their own because of how experienced and knowledgeable they are. For someone who has the experience of doing this, how long does it typically take from when you start to work on ranking the keyword to the point where you start seeing the results?
3. What can I do now to prepare my site for the future to rank high competitive keywords?
4. I know one answer to the previous question will be to do research. Can anyone link me to a good resource or post on here that can help?
