Hey everyone,
I’m currently working on a small project and planning to launch my own SMS verification / receive SMS platform soon.

Right now I’m still in the preparation stage and trying to understand a few things before going live. I know many people here work with account registrations, automation, and similar tools, so I thought this would be the best place to ask.

Now I’m thinking about the next important question how to promote it properly.

It just so happened that I ended up in this field. I’m not a computer guy, not a programmer, and not an SEO developer So for now, I’m doing a lot by trial and error and learning as I go

Questions for me as a service:
• What problems do you most often encounter with existing SMS services?
• What do you feel is missing in current SMS verification platforms?

Questions for SEO specialists:
• Which channels are best to use for promoting an SMS verification service?
• Which traffic sources actually deliver results?
• Forums, ads, affiliates, SEO - what works best?
• Are there any proven strategies that reliably bring in users?

Most users only care about reliability and clean metrics and that’s where 90% of services fail. If you’re promoting a tool like this, skip broad SEO. It’s slow and noisy. Test niche communities and small paid channels first targeted traffic gives faster feedback and way better conversions

Main problems are reliability number reuse bans and poor success rates so if you solve delivery quality and consistency you already win

For promotion forums affiliates and SEO in this niche work best long term but early traction usually comes from direct outreach and partnerships not ads

Clean the pools right after a number is used once. Period.

Understand which apps have the same back end , google/youtube and match group.

Do not do voip numbers.

What exactly do you mean by “clear metrics” and “reliability”? Could you explain please in more detail?

And could you also explain what “clean pools right after use” means?
Do you mean the rent period?
