To be honest I think most "SEO experts" got their own.

I personally have coded my own which I personally use.

I haven't heard many people using this method lately but there is always a market for a good tool.

Anyway, blazingseollc has some kind of downloader as well. You may want to check it out before investing your time into a tool what you can't sell.
