Suppose let's say I have published a guest post on particular website and then after few days that article has been taken down due to whatever reason.

So now, whether the plagiarism checker tools will show plagiarism or not?

If it shows, how many days it will take to show again the content is unique?

Depends. if your site is indexed on Archive.org it can get detected on quetext.
