Placing Trackingcode in Opencart?

Hi,

I have an online shop and applied for an german affiliate network.

They asked me to place an trackingcode in the "thank you" page after the sale is done. I am using opencart and have no idea how to change the parameters the way that this code will identify who generated the sale. Can anyone help? Could also pay for this little help.
