Places to Promote an In-house Affiliate Program?

I'm still too new to create a post here on the JV subforum, so I am looking for places to advertise my in-house affiliate program online.

websites / place I've looked at;

Shareasale - won't work as I run my own affiliate program.
ClickBank, Digiresults etc - same as above - they require that you use their system and want a cut of the $$

I've found a few affiliate directories, but they are either empty of affiliates or want a payment just to list the program. I haven't been able to find any positive reviews of the directory sites that want $50 or even $200 to list my affiliate program, so I've avoided those.

Google Adwords - I have a campaign advertising my affiliate program running, it is getting hits and has generated a lot of interest, but mostly from IMs used to instant downloadable products. I have a physical product that I ship.

(note: I've not mentioned my program here out of respect to the forum rules)

Any advice on where to promote my affiliate program that sells a physical product? I do have a budget to promote this, so paying for a listing is not a problem, I just don't like throwing money to a directory without any reviews.

It doesn't cost you anything to add your program, but you'll have to return a link back to them from your affiliate page.

Try out GetDPD man I think they might have the system you're looking for. They support physical shipping too.

Thanks for the suggestion - I had looked at them when initially setting up my program.

I chose to have an inhouse system so I could accept bitcoin as a payment method.
