Places Scout vs. Demandforce

If you only had to choose one, which would it be?

Demandforce seems to be more of a management system that helps spread customer reviews.

Read up on Places Scout, but have heard mixed reviews. I need to increase my company's local SEO. They have 8 locations and I need to optimize each one.
