Places Citations for Europe

I know there is a lot of places where you can put citations but the problem is that most of them are for US,CA or UK. What about Slovenia? We have small competition here but what is best to do. It seems most of the guides are for US. Any recommendations?

google free business directories slovenia or free business directories +city name or state name. You can also google your keyword +city and see if any local directories appear say on the first 5 pages and use them too. Cant remember the name of the piece of software that tells what citations your competitors (thees a link somewhere here for google places resources) are using but matching citations is a good start.
